We have two HDI's and the Xsara needs a change of oil & filter every 12000. I aim to change that at around 6K. My C5 has a recommendation of 20000 but I change oil & filter every 10K. Intervals for a timing belt change seems to increase with every new model, but I begin to get anxious after 70K.

Its every 12k on the HDI.I`m about to service mine today.Oil,oil filter, fuel, pollen filter. No air filter as i have a k & n.10K since i last did it,with was in nov.I do a fair few miles a year,so every 10k is fine for me.Although i will have to think about the cam belt soon as i`m just on 70k miles now.I would`nt feel good leaving it to 100k as per Peugeot.
If my car was used on short jorneys or stop start low mileage town driving,i would do it every 5/6k miles. But as i do a lot of miles,i`ll stick to every 10k. :)
