106 Wiper

Hi guys,

Thought I'd ask here before I start pulling the car apart & poking about with the multimeter.
My ph1 106 has a problem with its wipers, namely the back one, when you twist the stalk to wash the screen the wiper wipes but the front jet spray water.
At first I thought this was probably down to having a single outlet pump - its has a new wing so I suspect probably a new washer bottle too. So I had a peek but no, its a twin outlet pump??

What happens if you operate the front wipe/wash

sounds like an internal failure with the washer pump,it should be twin outlet.

The fronts operate as normal with no activity at the back.
When I wash the rear the rear wiper activates, the front jets squirt & the front wipers don't move.
My plan tomorrow is to disconnect both pipes off the pump, fit a couple of lengths of pipe (so I can see the operation) & see exactally whats going on at the pump.
