306 pulling to the left

My brothers 306 td is pulling to the left quite badly. He has had the tracking checked (was adjusted about 4 months ago) - but they garage is saying the tracking is ok (laser tracking).

Tyre pressure are ok, - both front wheels have had wheel balance checked (both have same model tyres on) - any ideas?

Are the brakes binding or a knackered bush somewhere?

Brakes seem ok although steering is heavier then ususal (has been for a while, so ps pump may be worn - not making any noises though).

check the bushes on the rear of the front suspension arms i bet there shot and thats your problem
