Indicator Relay.

Post by OwenP »

Hi all,

In the last couple of days I have notice a high speed clicking as if a bulb has blown when my indicators switch off sometimes. I am assuming this is the relay on its way out as all the lights still work.

Any other suggestions on what it could be?

If it is the relay how do I go about changing it?

Cheers

Oops knew I'd forget something!!!

Its a 405 estsate (1.9td).

The clicking is normal when the indicator is switched back on, or sometimes it stops (and starts, but not very often) of it own accord. Will try moving the stick just a little when I go out later.

Operating the hazard warning switch a good few times can also fix it.
It certainly did when mine went strange a few weeks ago.
