Ended up getting a new radiator for the 405 TD for £82. Scrabbled about looking for the old twist-off connectors, and finally have it back on the road and running at a sensible temp.
Wish I'd just done that in the first place.
Anyone want a pair of knackered radiators? If not I'm going to pop caps in their biatch asses at the weekend! That'll learn 'em.
