306 XSi - wipers

Anyone know what causes the wipers to jerk as they park?

Doesnt happen if they are on constant, as soon as they are coming to park they seem to jump down the screen.

I can also hear a clicking coming from the relay.

park switch in motor .change that all will be good

its built inside the motor,not sure if you can get it apart
