My 98 406 automatic is fitted with the later model auto box with no dipstick and the gear changes arn't quite as smooth as they were.
Also,maybe once a month the two lights flash on the dashboard,but can be reset by switching off the ignition and starting again.
Is there any kind of servicing to be done to these boxes ie oil change to improve the drive?
