Peug 306 Dturbo vibration

Hi When I pull away in first gear I tend to get a big vibration throught the car, its only in this gear and under load. Would it be fair to say its the Clutch? Could it be just some dirt or the cable?
Its done roughly 85k without a clutch change.
Could it be an engine mount?
