I'd suggest a set of rims from a 405 if you don't want any problems. One thing you need to consider is the cost a replacing the tyres. Don't forget to get the alloy wheels bolts, which are longer and have a 'washer' unlike the the bolts for steel wheels

Hi,
My phase 1 405 has 14" alloys (the ones with the large centre caps) which have 185/65-14 tyres. To check actual wheel sizes either get the calculator out (it's actually quite simple to work out yourself) or go to:
http://www.tyresave.co.uk/tyresize.html
this works it out for you.
I want to chnage from the above to 195/55-15 - which is less than 1mm difference!
Cheers
Dave
