It seems that I am not alone in having issues with my alarm system [:)]
A couple of weeks ago my horn/siren stopped sounding when I turned the alarm on and at the same time (not a coincidence I guess...) the alarm light turned itself on and remained lit when I started the car. The light comes on probably 85% of the time when I start.
Any ideas on what the problem is[?]
On another note, I have just moved near Woking and wondered if anyone knew of a decent specialist in the area (as I have had 'fun' with a couple of main dealers not too far away)[?]

Sounds like the siren is faulty, I disconnected my siren when my alarm started playing up and the red light illuminated when the engine was running.
I got so pissed off with mine I stopped using the alarm. I'd rather the car was stolen and I got a decent nights sleep. In the end disconnecting the interior sensors solved the false alarm problems.
