306 fuel tank capacity?

anyone know what this is?
I ask because I've never filled it completely yet, but the nearest I got was at the weekend when I went to fill up with the guage just below 1/4 in anticipation of a longer run. I put 52 litres in and it still didn't click so I stopped. Bit of a shock cos the ZX only took a little over 30 litres!

52 litres at something like 86p a litre so £45 odd. Most i ever got in my zx was £40 from way in the empty to the pump cutting out. This doesnt answer your question but im suprised the 306 has a much bigger tank and still had room in it. You sure it wasnt flowing out onto the ground and you werent looking?

I once squeezed 60 litres into my 98’ 3 door Dturbo, I must have been running fumes. I think all the 306’s have the same fuel tank and according to my O’ level maths I put in just over 13 gallons, which sounds about right.

Most, if not all 306's have 60 litre tanks.
