dont know if anyone can help me but the turbo on my car (95' 306 DTS) doesnt seem to make a whistling sound! is this normal!? cheers..

Can you feel it boost? Any smoking issues?
if you answered yes then no then its nothing to worry about.

hey thanks for replying.
yes i can deffently feel the boost and theres no moking issues unless you hit the 4k range..but i guess thats normal for a diesel?

good idea is to fit a boost gauge its easy to do and u will know what is happening with engine

How do I fit a boost gauge? I'm guessing a positive pressure gauge t-pieced into the hose between the turbo outlet and the intercooler? With a range of 0-30 psi?
