XANTIA T/D HEAD QUESTION

my 1993 l reg xantia 1905cc turbo diesel head is knacked (valves cam shaft and centre cam cap all broken)
as no s/h xantia head available at moment ( i can get a xantia 1905 t/d engine for £495+vat but i can buy a whole car for a couple of hundred more )does anybody know if a peg 405 1900 t/diesel head will fit or what other cit/peg head will fit?
i now have a non turbo 1905 diesel pug 309 as my daily driver ( not half as nice but it's the xantia's free!! replacement -good old father in law!)i wondered if i could rob the head from it ? as a last resort ( it has 6mth tax and test on it! )
