Hi,
From the exploded view, my guess would be: No.9 is the shim (Keep the old one for re use), and 14 is a locking tab.

like i said, 9 is the shim. it goes between the bearing and the outer seal.

........and like I said - I think number 14 is a shim. Here's an extract from the manual. "" Assemble the arm in the subframe. Insert a feeler gauge between the spacer tube and the subframe and measure the clearance. Select the correct shim. Remove the fulcrum bolt, number 13, insert the shim and knock the bolt carefully in position. Fit a new nut, tightening to 94lbs.""
