ZX Rear Arches

Postby buddster » 16 Jul 2002, 02:35

Dear All,
I've recently fitted 16" alloys on my ZX and noticed that at the rear the distance between the top outer edge of the tyre and the inner arch is about 10mm on the nearside and about 30mm on the offside. Is this offset of the rear axle with reference to the bodywork normal or has my ZX had a whack at some point?
Cheers.

Ive got a ZX 1.8i Furio (3 door) that has been lowered 50mm and is running 16"s with 195 45 16 tyres. The gap between the top outer edge of the tyre and the inner arch is about 15-20mm each side.
Dont know if that helps at all.
