Ok, I'm prepared to believe that the chart in the garage is fallible, Thís was for a TD running R12 but the 16V was listed as needing 1Kg. If it worked ok on 800g, would it be worth filling to 1KG and seeing what happens or should I leave well enough alone? (200g seems a big difference to me) If it wasn't right, then I'd expect poor performance but an extra 25% of gas? is that a reasonable tolerance when we are aiming for a near 100% fill? Perhaps I should speak to the manufacturer?
