All it needs is a couple of litres of LHM by the sound of it! Anybody round that way better avoid white Xantias without brakes though... Beggars belief that people will put them selves in such situations though, and then advertise it on public web sites. (shakes head in disbelief)....

I was walking from my car into mcdonalds before and this woman in the drive thru had a kid on her lap and 2 in the front passenger seat obviously with no belts. Irrelevant if they were just like that whilst driving thru mcdonalds as crashing at 10mph would still result in untold consquences! You have to wonder what goes through these peoples minds!

What an admission - 15000 miles without a service. Come to think of it - one was probably due when he bought it!

What a d... head the guy is but the car will be a good buy for someone. Fancy driving around KNOWING you have no brakes!! I'm glad I live about 20 odd thousand k's away from this guy. Still, we have idiots like that in N.Z. too.

He is or has admitted to driving the car in an unfit/dangerous condition, no brakes to speak of and no MOT. When are the wheels going to fall off???
What more does Mr. Blod need to book him.???

Good luck to him; incidentally, did anyone notice the sellers "handle"/Nick??

"mayfairmaintenance"
You'd have to wonder if the whole thing was for real.

I have to admit to putting in a bid for it and missed out by a fraction (9seconds!), figuring that this was a Disks, pads and service to get it going safely, all the stuff I'd do on getting a new Citroen anyway.
