Please can someone tell me if it posible to fit electric windows to the rear doors of my 1995 xantia dimension 1.8i the front ones are electric but i would like to have electric ones on the rear doors as well

Yes and very easy to do, I've done it to my 97 LX, with it having electric front windows it should be pre-wired for the rear ones, you'l just need the bits from a scrapper.
Whip a rear door card off, the cables for the windows windows should be taped to the door, do the same with the oddments bin in the rear of the console, there should be some connectors in there for the switches.
You need the motors, door switches and its moulding, console switches and moulding, dashboard inhibitor switch and inhibitor relay, the whole lot just plugs in and away you go.
You will be left with a hole where the winder handle was so you will either need a door card with no hole, possible difficulty matching the fronts is a problem, or do what I did and put a pair of tweeters over the hole.
