Hello,
My CX gti turbo 2 starts perfectly. After starting the engine runs at app 1000 rpms. But when pressure is built up and the car rises the rpms's suddenly drop dramatically for an instant (most of the times the engine stops). After starting again (again no problem) the problem has disappeared and I can drive of without any hesitation. When the engine is warm there is no problem what so ever.
What could be the cause? The spark plugs and ignition cables are new, as is the air filter. Has anyone an idea where i can look for the cause?

Hmm,
it'll invariably be a dodgy connector that's possibly put under strain as the car lifts ...
The symptoms are to vague to give a definitive answer. I suggest you buy some needle files and start cleaning every connector you can find including the big multi-plugs hidden under the spare wheel shroud.
good luck,
Shane L.
