C5 screen washers

I know this sounds a really daft question, but the C5 handbook doesn't say how to adjust the screen washers. Mine wash the back of the bonnet better than they wash the screen. At first service the dealer said they were fine, but the mechanic was out on a test drive so the Service Receptionist couldn't tell me how to adjust them!!
The washers don't look like the normal pin in the hole is the way to do it. They do have what looks like a scredriver slot but I'm not sure what it does.
Anyone have a definitive answer?

I was informed by the dealer that the jets cannot be adjusted like normal ones. One of mine was never right from new, they just stuck a new one on for me.

If they don't hit the screen correctly, check and make sure that the washer pipe is not squashed or kinked.
