Hi,
Just had my radiator replaced as a matter of course, a bit of planned preventative maintenance. It was a bit corroded, the flow rate was acceptable but the radiator company said the old radiator was ment for a non-turbo diesel (i've got an aura td)and the ally's a bit thinner.
I had to have peace of mind. Cost me £110 (inc vat) including fitting, new coolant and bleeding. Does that sound about right cost-wise??

Brian,
I always replace these TD rads before they finally fail when possible.
That was *very* cheap. I think GSF would want £108 inc vat and del for your rad. Add in 4l glycol and soft water to make up the rest you should be looking at a parts cost of about £125.....then a reasonable 1hr labour at £35 on top.
Well you get the picture, £150-£160 isn't unreasonable.
