The bonnet release from inside the car just stopped working. Had a look and the wire doesn't seem to have broken under the dash so must be between there and the bonnet catch release.
How can I open the bonnet now the release lever doesn't work?
Any sensible suggestions appreciated!!!!!!!!
Thanks
Martin

Hi Martin !
The usual approach in such situations is to access the lock from under the car, reaching up with a hooked piece of steelwire, and of course lot's of floodlight to see what you're doing.
In some cases you'll have to remove undertray covers.
It may be quite fiddly before you succeed, as you first have to learn yourself how the lock functions - from underside.
If you're doing this at kerbside, be prepared to ID yourself and ownership [;)]
This is the usual garage approach, but of course they have lifts/pits and the experience.
