Brake doseur ?
1 drop pr second ?
This has nothing to do with a fast ticker leak problem !
To make it clear :
If the brake doseur should be the cause of fast ticking/rattling - then it must have flow, even pressure - not just some fast dribbling ! - no way buddy !
It can only be the PR - or the FDV - causing this problem.
Since the PR does in fact emits a tick - this indicates the pump can deliver a pressure of more than 170bar - which is the cut-out pressure of the PR valve emitting the tick. This then by far excludes the pump.

Just a minor point, but is it conceivable that one of the new sheres is faulty? It has happened to me before and I've rushed off checking everything under the sun before finding that a new sphere was faulty, shouldn't happen I know but S**T happens:-(

Pete -
A new acc sphere failing would NOT do this either - it would make the PR a VERY fast ticker (1-5 seconds) - without that rattling prior to the tick.
We're talking approx 30 seconds ticking with rattling prior to the ticking here.

It's running on hydraflush at the moment and about 400 miles into the treatment.
Should I wait until 1500 miles is up and refil with LHM in hope that it may have cured it or am I being optimistic with this thinking and putting off the inevitable?[:)]

Definately let the hydracleanse do it's magic BEFORE any attempts are done to solve problems.
