Does anybody know where I could get a lefthand driveshaft for a DTR2. If I can get hold of one does anybody know how you get the old one out. I have tried a number of methods all with no success whatsoever.

assuming you mean the nearside. They're held in with a snap ring and the only system I've succeded with is with a big nail bar. You should try and get two down there and "jar" it evenly. I've had them both out on several occasions for one reason or another and when I needed a new one it came from Anyspares and was a remanufactured GKN effort from Spain. If you're really stuck getting the old one out, and you must be carefull not to damage the gearbox housing, and it's the outer CV which has failed, then you can with my auto boxes split the inner joint and take it out that way. Hope this helps
