Berlingo van 2015 hdi Electrical issue

Hi I recently bought a Berlingo van which is still under warranty. ( ive had the van back to the Citroen garage and they cant find a fault) During cold weather the led mileage display only lights the bottom half of the digits , when the engine warms and the everything is ok. This has been happening for 6 months , tonight as i turned a corner the headlights dimmed quite a bit .I m thinking that this may all be connected . Any ideas what this problem may be? I'll then let the garage now and hopefully get it sorted out before the warranty runs out . Thanks
