BATTERY!
That’s my first thought given so many systems are out. Have you checked the battery charge and whether it is being charged?

Re: berlingo eco mode
Be warned that fitting an aftermarket radio will have consequences on your vehicles electrical system if you don’t have the correct harness to connect a non multiplexed head unit to the car’s multiplexed system.
The head unit is not just a radio, it performs other functions and is used to configure some vehicle options and performs other functions - removing it generally needs the BSI telling that it has been replaced with a different unit and also having a compatible harness.
I would suggest you refit the original back for the moment....

Re: Berlingo electrical woes
Almost certainly the new stereo at fault as this has happened so many times now.
Follow the battery disconnection/reconnection procedure and don't try to cut corners , as described here and hopefully it will act normally again.

Re: Berlingo electrical woes
I’ve rectified many failed aftermarket radio install attempts on multiplexed PSA cars & not seen one yet that actually stops the car starting. The usual issues with incorrectly installed aftermarket radios is the central display freezing/showing random false messages, battery draining faults, display and/or radio not switching off or switching on when you open the doors, central locking issues.
Was the correct battery disconnect procedure followed? If not it can cause the keys to become unsynchronised & sometimes requires lexia to reprogram them. This is more susceptible on early multiplexed models. Speaking of which you dont say what year this is ? There are at least 3 different multiplex setups on berlingos depending on year.
Best thing to do is disconnect the stereo then carry out a proper BSI reset to see if you can get it started then start again.
Despite maybe having the same connectors on the new radio as the car has aftermarket radios are NOT plug & play on multiplexed cars.

Did you follow my guide here?:
viewtopic.php?f=51&t=61997
- it is crucial to keep to the timings and to follow it exactly. I suspect you battery is in a poor state and that won't be helping. There are a lot of systems that need powering.
Might I suggest that you take the opportunity to get the battery off the vehicle and on charge as part of the procedure, then follow the rest of the procedure for reconnection.

Re: Berlingo electrical woes
Did you charge the battery? If the battery is flat or really discharged you won't get very far. The ECO mode may just be on because you've used what time you had off the battery without the engine running again. You'll only get a maximum 30 minutes of accessory power when the engine has been running about an hour. So even with a disconnect and reset it thinks the battery is low.
Is the starter turning - and if so is it turning reasonably fast? If it is, then you need to get a Lexia on it to see what is happening when you try to start the car. This would tell you if the engine ECU is locked. If it is, then as Wheeler says, you may need to re-pair the key fob (s) to the vehicle.
