Those pages appear to be for a Xantia V6 Mk1 Automatic. If your wiring is from an XM or Peugeot, the locations and wire numbers will be different.
On the schematic, the keypad is number 8200 at the bottom right.

Re: ES9 V6 Transplant Immobiliser Question
I just looked at the wiring on my XM and Xantia, comparing to your photo, and I am fairly sure that your engine did not come from an XM, as some of the wire colours and locations are wrong. It could have come from a Xantia, of perhaps Peugeot 406, we would need to see the power steering/hydraulic pump to get a better idea.
The part number for the ECU of an XM ES9 with automatic transmission is: 96 255 523 80
The part number for a Mk1 Xantia V6 with automatic transmission is: 96 255 527 80
What is the part number on your ECU?

Re: ES9 V6 Transplant Immobiliser Question
That is the ECU number for a MK1 Xantia (or 406?) with manual transmission.
An XM with manual transmission uses 96 255 522 80.
The reason for determining what model your ECU came from is that it confirms what type of immobiliser was fitted. In this case it was a keypad. It also tells us that the wiring diagram you have posted is correct for your engine and ECU.
