allo allo i have a problem?
re.xantia 1.9 td sx, when i turn the ignignition key i do not get any panel warning lights or allows me to enter the security code in the centre pad console, the car had been stood for a couple of weeks, when i came back although the battery is fully charged i don't have any control over the power, i believe there is a relay that controls the power to the dash board, does anyone know where it hides?[:(]

does anything work in the car at all? Courtesy light, headlights, sidelights, horn, brake lights?
If there's absolutely nothing it's either the battery, the earth connection (big black cable from battery to engine/grarbox) or the +ve terminal on the battery.
If you have some things working and somethings not you need to list them. From the division between working and not working a better diagnosis can be made.

the only items not working are 1,sec. pad,2 instrument panel,

ps. i forgot to mention that the engine will not turn over as theres no power to the starter
