As a general pointer I always find carparts4less the cheapest place to buy bulbs. I have bought pairs of Lucas and Bosch H7 bulbs recently for less than £3.00 for the pair delivered, and they also sell cheaper Neolux brand bulbs.

I have never however been able to find the bulbs using the carparts4less site search bar, I have only ever found them by Googling 'carparts4less Lucas H7 bulb) or similar, which links to the cp4l website.
