Here's one to think about. When I switch on the aircon, the ABS warning light illuminates and the OBD dot matrix display says ABS out of action. If I switch off the aircon and then the engine and re-start, everything goes back to normal. I try to keep the aircon cycling over at least a couple of times a week in winter but have never had this problem using the aircon in summer. As the car has the normal earthing system as opposed to the first XM's I am stumped as to what is causing the problem.
