12v socket fuse

Post by dellis64 »

I have a 2009 c5 tourer. I have blown the fuse to the boot 12v socket ( connected towing socket relay to it) and I cannot find it anywhere???? I have checked all the fuse units I can find. Anyone help please. Front and middle sockets still live!

The trailer fuse unit relay is Fuse number G40 in the passenger compartment Fuse Box - 3 Amp.
The 12V accessory socket is Fuse number F6 (25 Amp) and is contained in the engine compartment fuse box (behind the battery).

I have used the socket to supply my relay. Do you mean the fuse board that is visible when you remove the fuse cover behind the battery cover (4 screws)? I checked them all, can't see a 25amp? Thanks.
