Lexia Struggles - we feel alone

Post by Saraphee »

My automotive guru (mechanic) has several clients with Peugeot/ Citroen vehicles as well as my ZX & Xantia, he wants to get the proper diagnosis tool for his jobs.
We tried buying the Chinese kit - it didn't seem to work. Our IT guru puts it down to a faulty disc supplied with the gear.

Does this sound likely?
Is it possible to get hold of a known working disc or copy of so that we can recheck?
Failing that, can anyone recommend a seller on eBay who is supplying stuff known to work please?

Sorry to keep pushing this point but the cars, my mechanic, my wife and her 31 dogs and I are all in N Thailand
so we'd need to have advice based on "XXX will post it to you" rather than "try popping down to.............."

The only one that gets recommended here is from Easy Diagnostics and if I remember correctly they have posted to other countries in the past.

There is a link to the website and a discount code in that link.

Agree.....Lexia "clones" from China are pot-luck as to which cars they can connect to.

Easy Diagnostics supply kit that WILL work with ALL PSA cars and also supply known good fault free software, as this request is for garage use/multiple car types then I would say their kit is what is needed.

I have two Lexia's or Lexii? both have worked fine but now neither of them will, they get as far as selecting the car but won't connect to it, I reinstalled one using a good youtube guide, it worked initially but doesn't now. :x
