DEFECT IN THE ABS BRAKING SYSTEM

I HAVE TO ASK HELP BECAUSE MY C4 PALLAS 2010, IS DEFECTIVE IN THE ABS BRAKING SYSTEM AND TURNES THE LIGHTS ON THE STOP PANEL, BRAKE HAND AND ONE MORE, AND DOES NOT TURN OFF, SOMEONE CAN HELP ME HOW TO SOLVE THAT PROBLEM?

Hi and welcome to to the Forum.

There are several possibilities and ideally I would suggest you hook it up to a Lexia to diagnose the problem if you have access to one where you are located.

The issue may be related to a dirty ABS wheel sensor. If one of these gets contaminated with dirt or anything else it can play up. If one of the sensors is detected as being faulty, it will disable the whole system until the fault is corrected.

It may also be a wiring fault, but without a proper diagnosis it will simply be guess work.

Test the sensors, they are the most likely cause of the problem.
