Window blind catch / hook
This just snapped off. Could someone be kind enough to give me the part number?
Looks like it's come off before and someone has just glued it back on [emoji35]

Stick your vin number up please or it'll be harder to look up the correct part.

Looks like your rear passenger side window blind catch from the pictures Ben. If so, part is: 7467 HT and is called a Sun Visor Catch, and is £13.64 Inc. VAThoggers wrote:VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Now that is one expensive piece of plastic I have to admit!

£13.64 for that? Not surprised someone's glued it before! Either gorilla glue or find one in a breakers would be my choice.
Edit- yep

Haven't actually used Gorilla glue, but many seem to rave about it. Now added to the shopping list!

Yeah very impressed. Got some on my fingers and bricked myself that I wouldn't be able to get it off as it set so quick.GiveMeABreak wrote:Haven't actually used Gorilla glue, but many seem to rave about it. Now added to the shopping list!

Re: Window blind catch / hook
The 2 part epoxy of the same brand is pretty good too, it's that which was responsible for the 3 cylinder XUD making oil pressure (blocking the "dead" journal's holes) and is also doing a good job holding some bike bodywork together that was damaged by "Doris" the storm...

Yours and mine both... In fact this thread has given me a thought, if my bottom hose stub does turn out to be cracked I may use it for that temporarily. It's that solid I'd trust it in that application.
