2009 c5 tow bar fitting

ive got a 2009 c5 2.2 vtr+ saloon bought in december 2016, got my self a towbar but vague instructions on fitting, searched everywhere for info to no avail,
do you need to remove rear bumper? any ideas on screw/fixing locations of bumper as i dont want wreck my new car , any pics or info much welcome thanks

Yes, the bumper needs to come off to remove the "crash bar"............
