Soot spray Lhs of turbo C5-05 1.6Hdi

Well i knew it would not be too long before back on here, Ok here she blows.
I have a soot trail coming from the left hand side of the turbo as you look at it from the front , this trail is going over to the engine cover from the lhs of the turbo. Could this be the turbo cartridge seal gone caput. ? or is it a turbo cartridge replacement. Im not loosing any power or have and warnings on the dash but did notice this from time to time getting bigger. thanks again in advance.

Dpf blocked, or loose clamp on top of the filter/ turbo connection.

Hello , I dont have a blocked Dpf as I dont have one ( last owner removed the insides of it without telling me ) and as for the all the clamps tight and no moving parts.

Just finished diagnostic's and this is the result . citroen fault code p0299 turbo measured - pressure too high
