One company which doesn't strip out parts and service information is Bosch. I ordered some motor brushes direct from them for a (green) mains variable-speed hammer drill, almost 30 years old. Full listing of all models and parts diagrams on bosch-pt.com. Same applies to their white goods.

That surprises me, I was a lifelong user of Bosch until last year when they decided to be more hassle than they were worth over a broken 1 year old drill with a 2 year warranty. I've joined the Makita club now although they are like Audi, they charge a lot then you have to buy all the options afterwards. To be fair though the Bosch stuff of old was brilliant and the new stuff is a bit lame. My parents bought a Bosch washing machine in December which wouldn't spin, John Lewis and the Bosch service department said that was normal, parents said you can have it back.
