Citroen Service request.

Post by demag »

I wonder if someone could check the part number for the gear change cables on the Synergie please?
I think it will be 2444** but not sure what the last two letters will be. There seem to be a myriad variations. Thank you.

If it's the following Part 2 in the diagram, then the part number is: 2444 H0 (0 as in number)

The gearshift cable is now on order. Could I ask another favour, the clutch cable part number? Thanks.

Looks ok but he's got bad feedback so won't be using him.

That wouldnt bother me ... it would be genuine cable or gsf... pay by paypal anyway so feedback irrelevant, you'll get your money back if anything goes wrong which is rare in my experience.

I've just realised who the seller is and he's a good guy! That recent negative feedback is mine would you believe. I ordered two rear struts off him and he cancelled the transaction saying i'd agreed to do so when i hadnt. I posted up negative feedback and he came back to explain that he eas out of the country getting married and i could have them on his return. All ok. I've bought many items off him at reasonable prices. Coincidence eh!

Did you change your feedback then?

Incidentally, I guess you have the struts now, but I've used these people several times for struts - good quality:

Ok bought that one as you reckon he's ok. But over the years I have been messed about by some absolute total morons on eBay both selling and buying so I take feedback very seriously. If you mess people about you get bad feedback, if you treat them with respect you get good feedback. I haven't sold anything for months now due to all the idiots. If there was a viable alternative I would use it.
