Just got a year old C4 Picasso Blue Hdi, never had stop start before. it was weird the first couple of times but I just let it do its thing now, restart is just about instant.
Going through a city the other day, no jams but lots of stop start traffic, I saw total engine stop time 4 minutes in 20, fuel savings might be minimal but that's 4 minutes of zero pollution so surely better for pedestrians.
Getting to like it.
