I today changed my headlight bulbs, after fittings both side lights work but only the nearside goes to Normal and Mainbeam.
I have swapped the bulbs over to eliminate a faulty bulb and checked the fuses.
I am at a loss as to where to look next?

This problem might be fixed by a BSI reset procedure http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/v ... 11&t=40407 (the link is for a C5, but the procedure seems to be similar for all modern PSA vehicles).

Re: Picasso 2001 Headlight problems
I think a 2001 is hard wired for the headlights.
These use H4 bulbs which have a common earth - I would be checking for earth continuity from the bulb first, then to see if there is power.
If the OP posts up the VIN I'll see if I can find a wiring diagram.
