UPDATE , I removed the cover to check the seal on the injector against the head and on injector no1.(ie spray soapy water) and their is pooling oil on the top of the head , also tick over ok but rev uo 3000k splutters like miss fire then ok.
What the fudge, cannot get my dislexia to run just another majic sunday .

i find i have to restart the laptop to get lexia to work or unplug and and replug interface when in lexia to connect.

UPDATE ! Ok reloaded Lexia 3 plumbed it in and mother have mercy codes as follows.
Permanent Fault on Piezo injector no.4 P0204
" " Pre-post heating relay Circuit Coherence
P0113 .
P05D2.
I have removed the no.4 injector it just came out in my hand , so removed the head cleaned out the injector and replaced it to see if this work or helped in any way, now doesnt start ..turns over as if the immobilizer is on 2 days struggling , what the fudge is going on.[*]

are they avin a giraffe? with that removal tool...

New addition Citroen C5 2.0 HDi Exclusive Hatch purchased 09/12/2016 with 83K on the clock.

Have you pulled the injector with the sensor lead on it? sometimes the spade connector on the lead
gets dirty and causes the smoke, my 1.9TD no3 injector has the sensor and the lead coming out of it
my connection corroded and the sensor was giving false readings. at one point I even had flames coming out of my exhaust.

After I put the no 4 injector back and nothing I plugged in to my Lexia 3 and it told me no 3 inj is faulty and not no.4 and I have just ordered another replacement injector. . Why do I bother :rofl2:

Still waiting for my injector to arrive from uk, ordered it last week for feck sake.

YESSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Injector arrived and replaced - full service done and all seems well , just need to do a lexia check up jobby on it but thats later today.
