My thoughts exactly, on typing the previous reply the location of the expansion tank itself on our 206 HDi was in my mind. that looks quite low in relation to the head, and although it *may* only present an issue on replacement of coolant if not bled properly, it's still not the best placement IMO.
Strange how some designs have this flaw and others not, even between models in the same marque & of similar ages, you'd have thought it'd be common sense for any designer to make sure the highest point in their cooling system is not also the hottest and most delicate part...
Is this treatable?
