Citroen part number

Hi just a quick question as I cant get my docbackup/serde to work ( keeps coming up with error messages) can anyone tell me the part number for the tow electrics for a citroen c5 estate on an 52 plate....I know there is 2 part numbers onw up to rpo 9442 and another for 9443 and newer.... I need the part number for the rpo 9442 and older....

Sorry can not help directly, but I have had similar issues with Sedre once, the first time I uninstalled and started again, the next time I Googled the error message, the answer is out there, sorry can not remember the fix.

They don't have towing kits or the electrics on DocBackup as far as I can see - these are accessories. I've done a long search and nothing is coming up at all - zip.

Citroen have the tow bar itself here for the C5 Estate (pre facelft) as part 9427 97 - the electric kits are dealer enquiry thjough and are not listed under the national accessories - but at least with the Tow bar kit part number you should be able to get the right wiring kit. :-D
