Heater Matrix Connector Question

Post by Saraphee »

The Haynes bible Section 3.3 Illustration 2.14b shows an "alternative type of heater matrix connector with metal retaining clip"
I've got one of those, when we get round to removing the dash or whatever to get to the heater matrix what brand of matrix am I likely to find?
I'd like to order a replacement before I cause the work to commence and don't want to end up with the wrong part and then have to re-order.
Your collective advice appreciated................

OE was a Valeo.. Try to obtain a Valeo or Nissins one...

Some 'pattern' heater matrixes in my experience are not good and either have wrong dimensions or the connector elbow does not fit properly...
