You might consider getting this and do it by your self.
When I worked for a company making wiring looms we used the much smaller manual version for putting the rubber sleeves on the looms to help protect the braiding ends. They were made by Hellerman, and were normally know as the "Honeymoon Sleeving Tool".

I know that CitroNut (may he rest in peace) had an air operated gaiter sleeving tool, as he showed it to me. Just one of the many wonders in his workshop.

Shaft out on my X7 last year. Can't remember the price as it was part of a few jobs done at the time. If you can get it done for £35, let me know and I'll get mine done every year!!!
Found it.

Invoice.
Combined labour charge.

Remove o/s driveshaft to access and replace outer CV joint gaiter
Replace lower tripod joint.

Cost. Tripod joint. :- £90.00.
CV joint gaiter £21.34p
Total inc VAT. £223.16p

Cost didn't matter to me as it was done under warranty.
Rick.

2013 Citroen DS 5 D/Sport
2007 Renault Clio Campus sport. 1.2l

Sometimes the change doesn't work.

All done in one hour - inner & outer boot £60 incl. Was tempted to ask to have bushes and drop link replaced but resisted. ;)
