I didn't even spin Green Flag a yarn when they took the C4 220 miles for me without me. First time it was "clutch has gone, it's cheaper up there. I have nationwide recovery"..

Second time it was "it had the clutch done up there and it's not right.. I have nationwide recovery"..

That is inspired... =D> =D>

How am I going to cover the fact I have been here for such a short while though? It's obvious to anybody I've lived here for donkeys
It's ok Bro. That last bit is not part of the AA story, just added on for entertainment of the forum. My sister is going back to Orkney, hope she can wait a couple of weeks and drive it home for me [emoji48] [emoji23]

A little bird has told me that the car has arrived at Citro towers for its clutch job. I'm in no rush for Jim to do it, but I've just booked easy jet to arrive at Luton at 9.30pm, tonight ROFL

No worries Davie  Alastair is still here after his pump and regulator swap job so he and I can get stuck in right now... After what we've just done a clutch will be a walk in the park

Seriously, I'll be reporting progress all the way.. I have a photo to show it's here in company of mine and Alasdair's :-D

I need to get my Activa to a meet where there's more then 1 Activa there! At least then we can go for a spirited blast :D It'd be great!

Unfortunately with work commitments and an impending wedding, it won't be this year :(

It could be possible that we could meet up at, say how about Fort William and have a blast out the road to the Isles. That would be a cracking road for an activa. Burn an entire tank of fuel just for the sake of it!

I was once a passenger down the road from Fort William to Arisaig. 33 mins, at night.

In a Fiat Uno diesel..
