Are there any other models of drivers seat that will fit a dispatch van 2003 hdi ?

I don't think any of the available service documentation goes into measurements of things like the seats. I think short of a week at the breakers with a tape measure....
Don't forget you will need to check that any under-seat wiring connectors are compatible and also watch out as some of the pyrotechnic components can be placed under the seats depending on model.

I've got one for an 02/03 Peugeot 406, don't know if it will fit though.
