Well, on a serious note, how sure are you that the spare is good? Still trying to sort whether or not it's a tyre/wheel problem, you could switch the front and rear wheels, and see what happens.
I'd not recomend you start replacing anything until you are more certain as to where the problem is.

Hi,
I changed the tyres to new ones (as this was needed). The wobbling has disappeared (so the tyre was faulty) but there is still a noise when taking corners (like it is missing a beat, but there is no metal sound its more soft and trembling)...
could it be the sphere having problem with the pressure on "high speed" corners

Its unlikely to be a suspension fault but could be a wheel bearing.
