Whatever they fit, it's got to be dirt cheap to fit in with their intention to head 'downmarket'. Soild rubber tyres and leaf springs here we come
Sadly no longer a C5 owner :(

I'm sure the all the electronic systems work great when new, but I'd be interested to see if a 26 year old one rides as well as my CX

With sales down another 29% on the news today (they named Citroen, not PSA) it looks like they are worse than VW, Skoda and Audi combined; and thats with the emissions scandal to boot! So they better get their act together and give us back some uniqueness otherwise it looks like the party faithful are changing their religion!

That 29% sales drop is because the DS sales have now been separated from Citroen (first time). If they are recombined, the drop is only 3%.

Interesting point Iain - if that's the case then not so bad. It would make more sense if they made the distinction between brands and groups when issuing these reports. I note however that the DS brand was the worst performing in Europe (Q1-3 2014 to Q1-3 2015) with sales down 17.6% over this period. They're also looking to cut their 180 DS franchises down to about 80-90 in an attempt to distance themselves from the Citroen name too. It will take some time and investment for the DS time to 'bed in' but again, needs to have that something special to attract buyers rather than a fancy price tag. If they are going to share common components and engines (who doesn't these days), then it will still need to be something special to survive.

I think I've still got some shackle bushes and plates for them in my shed. :)
