Suspension Spheres

Post by wildwales »

Does anyone now if it's OK/possible to fit Xantia estate rear suspension spheres and antisink sphere to my Xantia hatchback. I was sent the wrong ones and I hoped to do the work this weekend so would like to avoid sending them back for an exchange. Thanks.

Antisink is fine. Rear spheres will probably have a higher pressure though

Estate spheres will give a very soft ride but the back end will float up and down a lot under acceleration and braking. It depends a lot on your driving style. I personally hated it, but I know others think that it is an improvement.

I have Hydractive estate spheres on the rear of my Activa and find them just perfect...

As said, experiment and see what suits you!
